Originalmente llamado Cerro del Inglés (rebautizado por Piria para atraer a las parejas de novios), el Cerro San Antonio se encuentra sobre la bahía de Piriápolis con una altura de 130 metros. Su ascenso puede lograrse tanto por la ruta que lo bordea (construida en 1952) como por aerosillas. Hacia el este se contempla Punta Colorada, Punta Negra, Punta Ballena e incluso Punta del Este. Hacia el norte sobresale la presencia la Sierra de las Ánimas y al noreste el Cerro del Toro. Es el punto ideal para contemplar el paisaje de la ciudad. Su vista deleita al visitante en cualquier horario sobre todo durante el atardecer y el amanecer
